At Designed Kreations, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return within 7 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received
  • Item must be returned with original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are handmade or custom-style products, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Date delivered
  • Item you would like to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. Please contact us to request an exchange.
